Over the years, we've developed numerous applications, some of which have been particularly challenging due to their complexity:
- CallMeBack Manager - a tool that receives CallBack requests from phone, web, and app channels. It then feeds, based on precise and configurable rules, Genesys Engage outbound campaigns which will handle customer re-contacting.
- Easy Contact - A dashboard for supervisors, enabling real-time configuration of IVR flows, routing rules, brands, call centers, and outbound campaigns. It also integrates coaching and remote workstation control features.
- PhoneBar - We've developed multiple multi-channel phone bars, seamlessly integrating with Genesys Engage, Avaya Aura CC, and Cisco IPCC. One of these even connects to three distinct CRMs simultaneously. Our current challenge is to empower Genesys Cloud CX customers to design their own PhoneBar using our BYOP framework. Among our most unique commissioned software projects, we recall a 2008 application that ran on diagnostic devices for cars used in mechanical workshops. This application enabled users to directly talk to the manufacturer's customer service through the device. Additionally, an agent could remotely control the device and help in troubleshooting car issues.
