A CTI solution is the perfect tool for managing telephone contacts; even emails and messages are no big deal... but what about Tasks?

SIP GATEWAY empowers you to transform a Task into a CTI interaction, so you can leveage on the routing and reporting capabilities of your CTI, in order to craft tailored workflows for Tasks.

The solution consists of two interconnected modules; the first exposes a SOAP or REST interface in order to receive incoming Tasks (i.e. from Incident Tracking System); the second is responsible for creating and managing the interaction towards CTI system, using a SIP Trunk interface.

Your CTI system takes charge of the interaction, as if it were a normal one, and applying usual routing strategies can route it to the best available operator or just execute your desired workflow.
