PBX On-Premise... No worries!

INVITE allows the remote control of agent phones without the need of a VPN; it is the ideal solution for remote agents that need to connect to on-premise telephone system or geographically distributed Contact Centers, that cannot be exposed over the inernet.

The platform consists of one or more gateways installed in the customer's DMZ and a desktop application that runs on the operators' PCs.

In order to ensure a high level of security, both signaling and audio streams between client and server components are encrypted. Gateways have been specifically designed to overcome most frequent attacks (Denial of Service, SIP protocol flaws, Man In the Middle, DNS spoofing) and only 2 ports need to be opened on your firewalls (1 audio + 1 signalling).

Gateways can decrypt audio and signaling towards PBX and media gateways, in order to ensure interoperability with legacy devices that do not support secure protocols.

Communication between the Gateway and PBX in the intranet is in SIP-Line mode, allowing the configuration of INVITE stations as they were common SIP phones.
