We stick our neck out!
The perfect blend of form and substance

Domenico Colella
I primarily handle the technical and technological aspects; I earned my degree in chemical engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1996 and completed my Executive MBA at Bocconi in 2006. After a brief stint in chemical research (fluid dynamics models in gas-liquid reactors) and microelectronics, I shifted my focus to IT consulting.
In 2001, I set up the first CISCO IP call center in Italy, and that same year, I earned my first Genesys certifications in San Francisco (Genesys Certified Engineer and Genesys Application Developer).
I'm convinced that to truly grasp the inner workings of complex architectures and products, you need to get your hands dirty. That's why I'm still coding in various languages and have 4 active certifications on Genesys Cloud CX.
I enjoy tackling complex and unusual problems, sometimes I can find original paths that reduce complexity and get faster to the desired result. Often solutions are obvious and right in front of our eyes; we just need to see them!
To help you understand better, I'll share a mathematical trick that one professor at university used to play to students:
"I'm hosting a tennis tournament and need to book courts for all the matches right away. Tournament rules are straightforward:
two players face off - the winner stays in, the loser is out.
How many matches are needed, if the participants are 44?"
Show solution...
After reading the solution, you'll realize that finding a satisfactory answer requires very basic mathematical skills. The challenge lies in asking yourself for the right questions and focusing on the necessary objectives, or elsewhere you'll find yourself wasting time and energy on the tournament board, that is not your need.

Daniele Filippi
I primarily handle commercial and administrative matters, despite my background being primarily technical. I embarked on my journey in the world of CTI back in 1999.
What immediately captivated me was the need to interact with various areas of IT: telephony, databases, operating systems, CRM, websites, networking systems.
Over the years, I've had the chance to build professional relationships with individuals with really different backgrounds, spanning technical fields, customer service, and management.
Experience has taught me that there are countless ways to convey a concept and make it truly resonate. The key lies in mastering the art of adapting to the situation.
I'm a highly analytical and precise individual, and at times I can be overly focused on the details. Early in my career, I was less concerned with the external form and more focused on the substance of things. One day, a customer told me: "To succeed in this world, you need to be smoke as well. Your limitation is that you're just roast!". In order to understand the previous sentence, you must know that in Italian, the litterally translated expression "all smoke and no roast" is used to describe things that are beautiful and valid only on the surface but lack of substance.
That statement really got me thinking, and from that moment on, I decided to pay close attention to form and details, not just the substance.
