Know-how from the past that propels us towards the future

Our story begins on June 1, 2005, when CTI systems started to be used on a large scale. Initially we exclusively worked as consultants for third parties, dealing with the entire project phases from requirements analysis to implementation and post-release support.

Over the years, we have expanded our range of services to include application maintenance and the provision of turnkey projects. The expansion of our portfolio has been the trigger to start product development. Mainly our products integrate with existing platforms, extending their functionalities and improving user experience.

In 2018, we became Genesys partner and we started selling solution directly to end customers. Genesys is still widely regarded as the market-leading CTI platform. In the years we strengthen our partnership and became Value Added Reseller.

In the meantime Genesys began their own cloud transformation process, adding the hybrid Connect offer and the Pure Cloud solution, known today as Genesys Cloud CX, to Engage Platform (the market-leading in on-premise solutions).

We followed Genesys in their transformation process and in 2024 we earned the Genesys AppFoundry Partner status, that enable us to access Genesys marketplace as a vendor. This opportunity helps us moving towards the future of CTI solutions.
