CTI Planet was born from a concept developed by professionals in consulting and integration of products for Contact Center infrastructure, with the purpose of merging skills acquired in environments, societies and on different projects.
As expressed in the business name, the core competence is the profound knowledge of CTI applications and "the world that revolves around".
Business idea has been conceived in early 2005 and...after a gestation of almost six mounths, society became fully operational on June 1, 2005.
The main activity, in the early years on market, has been the realization of turnkey project for major italian System Integrator; after we have also started to carry out consulting to help clients in their renovation and optimisation projects.
Evolving technologies and attentive listening of market requirements has led us to develop a range of products with the aim to be present not only as a service provider, but also as technology partner that implements solutions.
